Q235 carbon steel plate strictly complies with ASTM A36 standards and achieves excellent mechanical properties through precise composition control (carbon <=0.22% batch average 0.18%, manganese 0.80-1.20%, phosphorus <=0.04% measured <=0.035%, sulfur <=0.05% measured <=0.045%): tensile strength 400-550 MPa (third-party measured average 480 MPa), yield strength >=250 MPa (minimum measured value 265 MPa, significantly better than the standard), elongation >=20% (standard specimen measured 23%), carbon equivalent Ceq <=0.37% to ensure excellent weldability.

In a dry environment at room temperature, its service life can reach more than 10 years (in a humid industrial environment, it can also exceed 5 years, which is much higher than the service life of some low-quality carbon steel of about 2 years). 3mm thick Q235 carbon steel plate can replace 4mm ordinary low-carbon steel, while ensuring strength, it can save customers about $800 per ton in material costs.

Sandblasting and painting surface treatment are provided. The surface roughness Ra after sandblasting is between 40-80μm, which meets the SSPC-SP 10 standard. The paint thickness is uniform, the dry film thickness reaches 80-120μm, and the adhesion grade reaches 5B in ASTM D3359. Precision plasma cutting can be performed, and the cutting tolerance is controlled within the range of ±0.1mm, and the shear straightness is <=1mm/3m, which can meet the customer's precise requirements for plate size.

The smelting process adopts arc furnace + LF furnace refining (nitrogen content <=80ppm), equipped with advanced X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for composition detection, with an accuracy of up to 0.001%.

The annual production capacity reaches 30,000 tons, which is at the leading level among similar factories in the world. Among them, there are no more than 10 factories that can stably mass produce >=20,000 tons; 500 tons of standing inventory, covering common specifications such as 3mm/6mm/10mm (inventory can be queried in real time through the online system).

Each batch of products undergoes tensile testing (according to ASTM E8 standard) and hardness testing (Brinell hardness HBW 130-170) to ensure that the product performance meets the standards.
